Each dose of MEALTIME SUGAR-BLOCKER™ includes:

  • BERBERINE 500 mg
  • GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE 200 mg (recommended 400 mg total daily dose)

It is recommended to take 5-10 minutes before eating meals where you are consuming carbohydrates or sugar.

Gymnema Sylvestra has been used in ancient Indian medical practice to reduce sugar cravings – its name actually means “Sugar Destroyer”.  Blocking sugar receptors on the tongue helps to cut cravings for sweets, sugary foods, and beverages.
